My Consultation Process

Achieving long-term health isn’t just about quick fixes—it’s about understanding your body, making sustainable changes, and feeling supported along the way. That’s why I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients.

Through a collaborative and personalised approach, I take the time to listen, uncover the root causes of your health concerns, and create tailored nutritional medicine strategies that fit your lifestyle.

New patients will require an initial consultation and at least one follow up appointment. However, it is recommend to book three follow up appointments at 2-3 weekly intervals to set you up for success on your vitality and longevity journey.

Please bring recent blood test results and a list of your current medications and supplements to your appointment. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. You will also have the option to include functional testing relevant to your case. Pricing of testing will be discussed during the consultation.
